Jerome L. Rosenberg (left), emeritus professor and former dean of the University of Pittsburgh Faculty and College of Arts and Sciences (FCAS), and James V. Maher (center), senior vice chancellor and Pitt provost, visit with Clark Muenzer, chair of Pitt’s Department of Germanic Languages and Literatures, during a reception March 18 in Rosenberg’s honor. Rosenberg was recognized for 50 years of service to the University. The reception was cohosted by Maher and John Cooper, dean of FCAS.
