Research Abstracts Sought by Pitt Institute on Aging for Its First Autumn Poster Day

Researchers and students from Pitt and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) are invited to submit abstracts to be considered for publication during the University of Pittsburgh Institute on Aging’s first autumn poster day.

The free public event, tilted “Celebrating Research on Aging: Building Collaborations for the Future,” is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. Oct. 17 in the William Pitt Union Assembly Room.

The deadline for submissions is Sept. 8.Abstracts that have been accepted or presented at other meetings are eligible for submission. Cash prizes and plaques will be presented for the best posters by graduate students, postdoctoral trainees, physicians in research training, and junior faculty.
