Panther Hall, located at 3805 University Drive C, adjacent to the Petersen Events Center and Pennsylvania Hall, is welcoming its first occupants this week. Top row, from left: a two-person suite, café seating by the main stairwell, and the building’s main entrance. The new residence hall houses 513 students. A fitness center and coffee bar are located on the building’s ground floor.
