Members of Pitt’s Student Alumni Association and the Pitt Alumni Association gathered at the Petersen Events Center on Jan. 24 for dinner in a courtside suite during a Pitt women’s basketball game. The event was part of the Student Alumni Association’s Dinner with 12 Panthers program, an annual mentoring initiative that pairs students with alumni who host meals and other events. This year, more than 40 alumni hosted 22 events for Student Alumni Association members, including home-cooked meals at alumni homes and lunches at Downtown restaurants. Alumnus Dave Lower organized the lunch at the Petersen. In front row, from left, are Dustin Herbert and Maureen McBride. In back row, from left, are Richard Kowal (A&S ’74, GSPIA ’76), Kerry Iles, Courtney Bruch, Amanda Monaco, Remi Nuddle, and Greg Kunis.
